This is an outline that was started by another tattoo artist a few years ago.
He's been meaning to get it fixed up for a while So I gave the piece contrast and modern color.
He had mentioned that he wanted to add on to his arm to make it a sleeve so I left the design
open so that it would be easier to do that.
